About Me
Jim is a work at home dad in Cedarburg, WI who occupies much of his days in front of a couple computer screens doing hosting maintenance, project management, system architecture, app integration and level 3/4 operations support for many hundreds of websites as the chief geek of WebDynamic, LLC. He is husband to beautiful soulmate Caryn and the dad of their eight amazing kids ranging from almost a couple months to almost off to college. He stays somewhat busy (because, come on, how busy could that few kids keep you….) as a gradeschool catechist, youth soccer coach (see the soccer link for info on private coaching) and a graduate student pursuing a masters degree in Lay Ministry from Cardinal Stritch University. In a past life, Jim was an Army officer, serving at Ft Bragg, NC from 1985-1990. He holds a BA from Ripon College in Sociology and Anthropology and a MS from Cardinal Stritch in Computer Science Education Jim is nothing if not eclectic - his passions beyond family, faith and futbol include traditional woodworking (that is.. sans power tools…), old tool collecting and cooking fabulous (well, sometimes anyway...) meals for whoever happens to be coming to the table. Mostly, he loves being at home with the family after too many years as a road warrior solution architect and project/program manager for a global technology company.
