Healing Sound #1 – Lungs
Element: Metal (Autumn)
Associated Organ: Large Intestine
Color: White
Negative Emotions: grief, sadness
Positive Emotions: courage, righteousness
The sound is made with the tongue behind the teeth, feeling as if you initiate the sound in the back of your throat .... "Ssssssssssss"

Element: Water (Winter)
Associated Organ: Bladder
Color: Dark Blue
Negative Emotion: fear
Positive Emotion: calmness
The sound is made by rounding the lips and starting the sound in the middle of mouth .. a bit like blowing out a candle. "Choooooooooo"

Healing Sound #6 – Triple Warmer
The triple warmer consists of the upper chest, midsection, and lower abdomen .. think of it like a 3 story building with the desire being to regulate the temperature at each level.
The sound is made with upper and lower teeth close together, originating from the throat, visualizing the sound traveling from upper chest to the lower dantian ... "Heeeeeeee"
