Mindful Movement at the Y - Week Beginning 7/31/23

On Thursday and Friday last week, we grabbed corresponding meridian movements to the forms of the 8 Brocades (6 of which map to organ meridians) from a set called The 12 Rivers. This week, we'll do the other 6 forms from 12 Rivers and practice the bumblebee breath (Bhramari pranayama) during our postures.

Note - purely coincidence, but these remaining forms reordered in seasonal order form a full 5 element set bookended (as we often do) by forms for the current season. A little gift from the universe 🙂
